Unfortunately we’ve had SOOO many people waste our time by filling out an appointment request form and being totally unresponsive when we tried to contact them we decided to take down the form. If you’d like to set an appointment (which requires at least an $80 non refundable deposit that can be paid over the phone) you can either call us between the hours of noon and 10pm at 615 784-4500; visit the shop during those same hours at 328 N Cumberland St in Lebanon TN, a block off the historic Lebanon square; or you can email us at info@lighthousetattoo.net that’s .NET

Email inquiries MUST include a phone number, detailed description of the tattoo and the location on the body where it will go (arm, leg, chest, back, etc. please include which side of the body, if applicable [right or left]); and any photo references you might have. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to your email. If you want faster service, call or come into the shop.

Lighthouse Tattoo is open from noon to 10pm seven days a week, except for certain special occasions which will be listed on this website and our social media.

A little advice: If you’re going to try to handle things over the phone, please save our phone number to your phone before calling us. Way too many people hit us up and we can never respond because their phone won’t recognize un-saved numbers.

Please, please do not reach out just to get a quote. You can give us your budget for a tattoo and we can try to design a piece to meet that budget, but people who ask ‘how much’ without any intention of booking an appointment that day absolutely stink of being a time waster. We charge between $100 and $160 per hour depending on the artist and we have an $80 minimum. If this sounds like too much to you, that is simply not our problem. Serious inquiries only, please.
